Tara and Nick’s Fall Greenville Country Club wedding was filled with so much joy! I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful these two are and I was honored to capture their wedding day.
Tara and Nick were married on a beautiful fall November day. They decided to take advantage of the classic indoor ceremony room at Greenville Country Club which I adore. One of my favorite moments from the day was their recessional out of the ceremony followed by an epic toast surrounded by all of their bridal party!
To the newlyweds, thank you for trusting in me to capture your wedding day! I wish you both all the best!
We envision a beautiful fall day with the elegance of the old estate and garden, but also the warmth and comfort of the tent, with lights strung. Nick and I want it to be classy, but not uptight! We both wanted to get married in a place that’s full of character and that’s what Greenville is. Nick and I both embrace the vintage/classic/antique motif more than the modern, so we think our wedding will embody that.
We chose our location because we had been to a wedding as guests there before. Tara’s friend got married there in July of 2016 and her friends convinced her to invite Nick even though they had only been on a handful of dates. Nick was great under pressure — even meeting Tara’s parents for the first time, eek! But they had the best time, loved the venue and it was a pinnacle moment in their relationship. Tara mentioned to Nick after they had gotten serious that she would like to get married there and Nick agreed that he loved it too!
